The primary purpose of this role is to provide industry‑leading pest management services for residential customers. You will inspect properties, identify pest infestations, apply treatments, provide preventative measures, adhere to safety regulations, and communicate solutions to clients.

• Conduct thorough inspections to identify signs of infestations, damage, and entry points.
• Apply approved pest control products, including chemicals, baits, and traps, while maintaining safety standards.
• Educate customers on pest prevention and provide advice to reduce future infestations.
• Build relationships with customers, schedule and confirm appointments, and help with sales to current and new customers.
• Maintain, stock, and ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal regulations regarding pest control products and safety protocols.
• Drive and safely operate a company‑provided service vehicle (routine maintenance provided).

• Work in tight, confined spaces (basements, attics, crawl spaces, narrow aisles).
• Work around animals, insects, termites, and mechanical parts, electricity, heights, scavolds, fumes, dust, and chemicals; trained to handle safely.
• Work both inside and outside in local climate with weather gear.
• Perform heavy lifting and frequent movements such as climbing, stooping, kneeling, and crawling.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including OSHA‑compliant respirator.

• High‑school diploma or GED (or equivalent education and experience).
• Valid driver’s license from state of residence.
• Clean shaven face (for safety reasons).
• Licenses or certificates required by federal, state, and local regulations – covered by us.
• Available to work Monday‑Friday and weekends as needed.
• Open to learning and becoming knowledgeable in all areas of pest control.
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills – ability to follow product label instructions.
• Customer‑facing experience preferred.
