DescriptionThe PBX operator acts as an integral part of the communication hub of the Medical Center and facilitates communication with physicians, staff, patients, families, the media, andoutside agencies.
Responsibilities Qualifications- Minimum Education: High School Graduate or equivalent
- Minimum Experience: Prior experience as a switchboard operator preferred. Familiarity with computerized system required.
- Must be able to communicate effectively via oral and written means. Must be able to work non-scheduled shifts on short notice.
