Rich, Wightman & Company CPAs, LLC, a large local firm established in 1982, is seeking a Senior CPA. The firm provides traditional auditing, consulting, and tax services, along with a broad range of advisory services, including mergers and acquisitions, fraud and forensic investigations, estate planning, and business valuations. Clients are typically large privately held businesses and high-net-worth individuals operating locally, nationally, and internationally.

• Perform audit and tax engagements for a variety of clients, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

• Lead audit teams, review and verify work papers, and provide guidance to junior staff.

• Prepare and review tax returns, analyze tax implications, and advise clients on tax planning opportunities.

• Communicate findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.

• Current CPA license.
• 2–5 years of public accounting experience.
• Direct experience in auditing and/or taxation.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

• Annual salary $100,000 to $140,000 based on experience.
