This full‑time position handles vendor invoices, reconciliations, and supports the Accounts Payable team.

• Process vendor invoices timely and accurately.
• Keep PO Log current.
• Reconcile vendor statements.
• Perform projects as directed by Accounts Payable management.

• At least 4 years of accounts payable experience.
• Knowledge of accounting standards, conventions, and principles.
• Experience with general ledger account reconciliations and MAS 500 and Rental Works.
• High School Diploma required.
