Senior Accountant - Non-Gaming

Description

Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures. Prepare monthly journal entries as assigned. Prepare account reconciliations for assigned accounts using Oracle. Prepare and file tax calculations and license renewals. Perform tasks required by management including research, analysis, and reconciliation. Assists with various month-end Close responsibilities. Maintain general ledger account numbers that are related non-gaming audit. Regularly interacts with team members in departments for which non-gaming revenue and expense is recorded.

Provide information and reports to Management in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures. Prepare balance sheet reconciliations ensuring completeness and accuracy. Assists in the implementation of process improvements. Perform all other job-related duties as required.

Qualifications:

Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form. Minimum of three (3) years of Accounting/Financial experience or related degree preferred. Excellent PC and spreadsheet skills. Strong organizational skills. Detail oriented, innovative, flexible and thorough task oriented. Must be flexible, able to handle multiple tasks, and establish priorities effectively.
