$65,000.00/yr - $73,000.00/yr

• Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Prepare and post journal entries; reconcile general ledger accounts monthly.
• Complete month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings accurately and on time.
• Assist with financial statement preparation and reporting.
• Coordinate requests and documentation for tax filings and internal/external audits.
• Support annual budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 2 years of full-cycle accounting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills (databases, queries, and reports).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
