Staff Accountant

Schedule: On-site, Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm

Classification: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

We’re looking for a Staff Accountant to join our organization! We are seeking a Staff Accountant ready to take the next step in their career and grow with our organization.

In this role, you’ll oversee key accounting functions, lead critical close activities, ensure GAAP compliance, and support company wide financial strategy. If you enjoy optimizing systems (Net Suite lovers welcome!), collaborating across teams, and owning meaningful work from start to finish — this role is for you.

• Lead major components of monthly/quarterly/year-end close
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and GAAP compliance
• Assist in managing AP/AR oversight, reconciliations, cash flow activities, and 1099s
• Maintain and improve accounting systems, workflows, and SOPs
• Support audits, compliance, and ad-hoc financial reporting for leadership
• Serve as a key partner in driving efficiency, clarity, and operational excellence within the Accounting and Finance function

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or equivalent combination of experience)
• 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience
• Strong ERP experience (Net Suite preferred) & advanced Excel skills
• Ability to communicate clearly, manage multiple priorities, and think critically
