We provide these services to a diverse client base in the Las Vegas, Phoenix, and Salt Lake City areas including service professionals, construction contractors, retail operators, real estate developers, restaurant proprietors, and government contractors. Our primary client base includes professional service entities, such as physicians, dentists, attorneys, architects, and engineers.

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join our growing firm. This role is ideal for a CPA with strong technical expertise, leadership potential, and a desire to work closely with clients while mentoring staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and review federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, building long-term relationships
  • Provide tax planning, research, and advisory services
  • Supervise, train, and mentor tax staff and seniors
  • Review work papers and returns to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Assist with workflow management, deadlines, and process improvements
  • Stay current on tax law changes and communicate impacts to clients and staff
Qualifications
  • CPA license required
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related degree, master’s degree preferred
  • Approximately 5+ years of public accounting tax experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word and Excel required)
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state taxation
  • Experience reviewing returns and supervising staff
