Controller, Accounting, Financial Compliance

Bell & Associates has partnered with our client in a search for a Controller to provide hands‑on leadership over the accounting function and play a key role in the company’s continued financial success. This position will oversee a team of five accounting professionals, including the Accounting & Credit Manager, while driving accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and compliance with financial regulations.

. We’re looking for an accounting leader who brings strong technical expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to partner with leadership to support informed business decisions within this expanding privately held organization.

• Lead and develop a team of five accounting professionals
• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Responsibility for Sales & Use Tax filings in multiple states
• Manage financial reporting and month‑end close processes
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls and accounting procedures
  
  Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and company policies
• Partner with leadership to provide financial insight and support business objectives
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and drive greater efficiency

• 5+ years in a leadership role within an accounting team
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and or Finance
• ERP systems knowledge with preference to Net Suite
