Compensation: $39-$44 an hour

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to support a fast-paced accounting team responsible for high-volume transaction processing, general ledger accounting, and month-end close activities. This role requires a strong technical accountant who can manage multiple priorities, maintain accuracy in a deadline-driven environment, and identify discrepancies before they become larger issues.

• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, reclasses, and adjusting entries.
• Perform monthly bank, balance sheet, and general ledger reconciliations.
• Participate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Research and resolve accounting discrepancies and reconciling items.
• Review revenue, expense, and account activity for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain supporting schedules and account analyses.
• Assist with audit requests and preparation of supporting documentation.
• Monitor financial data integrity across multiple systems and reporting platforms.
• Partner with operational teams to investigate and resolve accounting issues.
• Support continuous improvement of accounting processes and workflows.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred.
• 4+ years of accounting experience with increasing responsibility.
• Strong experience with journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and general ledger accounting.
• Experience in a high-volume transaction environment.
• Strong account analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with revenue and expense accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and large data set analysis.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must reside in and be able to commute to the Las Vegas Valley, NV.
