Staffmax is aiding a client in the hire of a temporary Payroll Clerk for a 1-3 month term. This is a Monday to Friday, day shift position located in Las Vegas.
Duties:- Performing data entry and reconciling timecards
- Processing payroll
- Answering inquiries from employees and vendors
- Remitting payroll taxes and governmental reporting
- Other duties as assigned
- Previous experience doing payroll required
- Must be able to start ASAP
- Experience with payroll software
- Experience with 'Blue Canvas' payrolling system
- Experience with 'Inclusion' payrolling system
