Billing Specialist

This person will support the Finance Shared Services team, with a heavy focus on billing and Accounts Receivable. They’ll be responsible for invoices, credits, account adjustments, customer disputes, and analyzing billing data. A big part of the role will involve pulling data out of Oracle and working through it in Excel to identify issues and find solutions. The team is also going through changes with a new product launch and an Oracle migration, so this person needs to be flexible, patient, and comfortable with their day looking a little different depending on what comes up.

They’re looking for someone who is great with data but also great with people, especially when working through customer billing issues.

• 2-3 years of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or related experience
• Strong Excel skills, especially Pivot Tables and working with large amounts of data
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, and detail-oriented and organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Humble, hungry, and willing to jump in wherever needed
• Experience with invoicing, credit memos, account credits, and invoice adjustments
• Experience researching and resolving customer billing disputes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to dig into data, identify what’s wrong, and work toward a solution
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Flexible and comfortable working in a changing environment
• High school diploma
• Gaming industry experience
• Oracle experience
• Experience with an Oracle or ERP migration
