We’re looking for a calm, professional Phone Receptionist to be the first voice our guests hear. You'll handle a high volume of incoming calls, answer questions, route calls to the right teams, and help guests with reservations. If you're sharp on the phone, great with details, and love staying organized during busy nights, we want to meet you.

• Answer and route high-volume calls with professionalism
• Provide accurate information on hours, pricing, dress code, and packages
• Create and confirm guest lists and reservations
• Sell VIP packages and earn commission on package sales
• Assist guests with arrival coordination, transportation arrangements, and door entry information
• Document all calls and reservation details accurately
• Respond to SMS/voicemail messages promptly
• Notify management about high-priority calls or incidents (lost & found, complaints, 86'd guests)
• Maintain end-of-shift call log and notes for handoff

• Clear and confident phone presence with strong customer service skills
• Ability to multitask between phone, computer, and multiple systems
• Reliability for the Sunday-Thursday, 8 PM-4 AM shift
• Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive matters
• Must be 21+; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Ability to obtain TAM Card (Alcohol Awareness) and Sheriff Card

Ideal candidate must be comfortable when exposed to nudity or topless entertainment, adult-oriented artwork, or other graphic materials that portray nudity or sexually explicit subject matter.
