Receptionist

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist for our client. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest services and supporting office operations.

Base pay range

$18.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist guests with a positive and helpful attitude.
  • Manage calendars using Microsoft Outlook.
  • Coordinate office support tasks and maintain resource inventories.
  • Handle order management and ensure supplies are stocked.
  • Provide support to internal team members and external visitors.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Assist with keeping the calendar for meeting rooms.
Qualifications
  • Guest services experience is a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of office support and coordination experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook for calendar management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced environment.
