Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and bilingual (Thai/English) Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting office operations, managing administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong office management skills, proficiency in various computer applications, and the ability to communicate effectively in both Thai and English. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with administrative experience to contribute to a professional environment while developing their skills further.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to potential clients and complete the initial intake process
  • Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar
  • Write emails, memos, and letters and distribute them appropriately
  • Assist in the management of client case files
  • Communicate with team to ensure the proper management of case files
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls, translating communications (verbal/written) between Thai and English
  • Manage client intake and records
  • Document Preparation:
    Draft, format, and edit correspondence, memos, reports, and legal documents using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Qualifications
  • Bilingual Fluency:
    Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing both Thai and English
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience:

    Previous administrative or legal office experience preferred
  • Skills:

    Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, strong communication, problem‑solving, and ability to handle confidential information
  • Administrative Support:
    Schedule appointments, manage calendars, file (digital/physical), copy, scan, and maintain organized case files
