Overview

A well-known financial services firm is looking for a temporary candidate to assist with heavy data entry. This role is fully onsite in a warm and friendly environment. Ideally, the candidate must be detail oriented, organized, and self-managed. Open to recent college grads! Hours can be 8-5pm or 8-2pm if someone is looking for part time. This will be a 4-6 week assignment.

• Receive, open, and sort incoming mail and title documents, ensuring proper organization and filing.
• Log titles accurately into custody systems, track check-outs, and maintain chain of custody.
• Review title documents for accuracy, completeness, and proper borrower/dealer matching.
• Conduct DMV follow-ups on pending or held titles, documenting updates and escalating issues as needed.
• Perform data entry across multiple systems to keep title records accurate and current.
• Provide general support to the Title and Remarketing teams while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

$14-15/hr no relocation offered. This is a temporary assignment lasting 4-6 weeks.
