About The Job
The Junior Campus Coordinator is an essential support role, assisting in the daily operations that enhance the Facilities Management and IT Operations departments. The ideal candidate will engage in a variety of tasks aimed at fostering a positive and productive work environment for our employees and client partners. This is a Temporary Contract.
As Junior Campus Coordinator, You Will…
- Work collaboratively with the Campus team, primarily supporting the local Facilities and IT Operations team.
- Ensure high cleanliness and safety standards of the campus are maintained.
- Monitor and influence employee sentiment and experience through constant positive employee interaction.
- Assist in planning and facilitating corporate events (e.g., Customer Service Week, Thanksgiving, charity initiatives).
- Manage Facilities ticket tracking spreadsheets and headset inventory.
- Work directly with the Fulfillment department and manage daily deliveries.
- Organize and follow up on multiple tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage Employee Experience toolkit resources.
- Perform other duties related to the role as assigned.
As Junior Campus Coordinator, You Have…
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
- Dedicated transportation to support occasional errands (required).
- Ability to handle a high volume of work in a fast‑paced, demanding work environment.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
- An eye for design and exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- A love for collaborating with a diverse group of people.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays (depending on required project deadlines or emergencies).
- Motivated to help others thrive at work and maintain a positive attitude.
