Summary:

Provides administrative support to the Sr. Human Resources Director and Vice President of Hospitality on all personnel matters.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
  • Updates HR spreadsheet with employee change requests and processes paperwork.
  • Assists with processing terminations.
  • Assists Vice President of Hospitality and Sr. HR Director with any special projects.
  • Makes photocopies, faxes documents and performs other clerical functions.
  • Files papers and documents into appropriate employee files.
  • Schedules meetings and conference calls, including reserving meeting rooms, organizing setups, and setting up bridge lines.
  • Assists in managing calendars and tracking PTO.
  • Maintains office supply inventory and orders supplies.
  • Directs preparation of records such as agendas, notices, and minutes.
  • Maintains the upkeep of schedule, calendar, and office operations.
  • Takes notes and relays information during meetings.
  • Tracks monthly expenses.
  • Special projects including travel arrangements.
  • Receive/Sign for UPS/Fed Ex deliveries.
  • Represent the company in an appropriate manner at assigned meetings, events, and business-related functions.
  • Assist with venue projects when necessary.
  • Maintains executive's appointments schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
  • Works with location security on credentials for staff.
  • Assists the Sr. Director of HR with tracking and logging confidential documents.
  • Assists with unemployment claims as needed.
  • Assists with checking in temps, verifying work cards, and providing uniforms on event days as needed.
  • Maintains the celebration of management events, such as anniversaries and birthdays.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
