Document Processing Specialist, Seasonal Support
Join KPMG US as a Document Processing Specialist, Seasonal Support, where you will support audit teams by creating, editing and formatting client financial statements, reports, and letters for audit engagements. This role helps maintain high quality deliverables and supports the audit practice.
Responsibilities- Create pro formas, edit, and format basic and complex client financial statements, reports, and letters for the audit practice; finalize reports affixing the firm’s signature.
- Upload reports for retention and issue authorized dockets.
- Provide engagement teams with encrypted and unsecured PDFs of financial statements, reports, and letters for client issuance.
- Forward print support requests to Office Experience production team through Job Track for processing.
- Develop headers, footers, subheadings, fonts, and page numbering; proof edits and formatting of work to ensure accuracy and overall quality.
- Promote a teaming culture, leveraging strengths and diverse perspectives to maintain a high‑performing team; work self‑accountably to achieve results.
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful and courteous work environment.
- Minimum three years of recent word processing or document processing experience in audit or financial services industry preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education from an accredited college/university preferred.
- Advanced skill level in Microsoft 365 Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat 2020; highly proficient in Microsoft 365 Outlook and PowerPoint with an ability to learn firm‑wide applications.
- Ability to anticipate challenges, take initiative, prioritize competing deadlines; excellent interpersonal skills and capacity to work in a dynamic, critical‑thinking environment.
- Highly effective written and verbal communication, analytical skills; capable of understanding processes and supporting change; handling multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure setting.
- Track record of delivering exceptional virtual document processing support and customer service in a team‑based environment; self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment‑based visa sponsorship now or in the future. KPMG will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status.
