The Role:
Hospitality Manager

The Hospitality Manager coordinates executive meetings, campus tours, and events across Switch locations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for each engagement, managing schedules, visitor requirements, logistics, and follow-up from request through completion.

You will work with executives, executive assistants, clients, investors, and internal teams to ensure engagements run smoothly and meet Switch's operational and security requirements.

This is a six-month contract position based in Las Vegas. You must be available to work on-site up to five days per week, depending on scheduled engagements and business needs.

What You’ll Do

Coordinate meetings, tours, or events across Switch campuses.

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned engagements, managing scheduling, invitations, attendee details, confirmations, and follow-up.

Track schedules, required documentation, approvals, and deliverables to ensure each engagement is ready on time.

Coordinate with executives, executive assistants, investors, clients, and internal teams to confirm meeting requirements and schedules.

Work with Security, Production, Catering, Audio/Visual, and Data Center Operations to arrange meeting spaces, visitor access, presentations, and other logistics.

Confirm visitor documentation, access agreements, and security approvals are completed before arrival.

Communicate schedule changes, logistical updates, and outstanding requirements to the appropriate stakeholders.

Maintain accurate records, schedules, task trackers, and engagement documentation.

Support administrative needs, including travel arrangements, vehicle reservations, and expense reporting.

Resolve routine scheduling and logistical issues, escalating concerns when additional guidance or approval is needed.

Identify practical ways to improve meeting coordination, tracking, and communication processes.

What We’re Looking For

Organized and dependable. You manage multiple requests, track details, and follow through on commitments.

Clear in communication. You provide timely, accurate information and keep stakeholders informed when plans change.

Focused on the client experience. You respond professionally to executives, clients, investors, and visitors while meeting operational requirements.

Careful with confidential information. You use sound judgment when handling sensitive schedules, visitor details, and business information.

Supportive of the team. You coordinate effectively across departments and understand how your work affects others.

Adaptable when priorities change. You adjust schedules, address logistical issues, and know when to ask for guidance.

Consistent in following procedures. You complete required documentation and follow established security and operational processes.

What You’ll Bring

Required Qualifications

Experience in executive administrative support, meeting coordination, event coordination, or a related role.

Ability to coordinate multiple meetings, tours, or events while managing competing schedules and deadlines.
