What You'll Do- Greet customers and provide outstanding service from check-in to vehicle delivery
- Listen to customer concerns and recommend appropriate maintenance and repairs
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians
- Communicate repair updates, timelines, and cost estimates clearly
- Process repair orders accurately and efficiently
- Build trust, loyalty, and long‑term customer relationships
- Previous dealership Service Advisor experience preferred
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Solid understanding of automotive maintenance and repair processes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Administrative and computer proficiency
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
