Responsibilities
  • Strategic People Business Partnership. Serve as the People Business Partner for VIP, Player Advocacy, and Trust and Safety, aligning people strategies with business priorities and supporting leaders on talent, performance, engagement, and organizational needs.
  • HR Administration Ownership. Own HR administration matters for the People Operations team, including HRIS maintenance and administration, I-9 processing, benefits and leave administration, ADA requests, and off boarding.
  • Balanced Scope and Prioritization. Effectively manage a role that is split approximately 50% strategic people partnership and 50% HR administrative responsibilities, ensuring strong follow through across both scopes of work.
  • Cross Functional Project and Process Improvement Support. Partner on cross functional initiatives that drive continuous improvement in efficiency, clarity, workflows, and automation across People Operations and the business.

  • Demonstrated ability to responsibilities between strategic HR business partnership and core HR administrative work.
  • Strong ability to build and sustain cross‑functional relationships while providing effective HR partnership to our customer facing teams.
