Field Operations Manager

Based in Las Vegas, this role leads the execution of high-profile trade shows in one of the nation's premier convention destinations. The Expo Group is seeking a Field Operations Manager to oversee on-site operations, manage labor and logistics, and ensure every event is delivered with precision.

• Manage on-site event operations to ensure timelines and client expectations are met.
• Coordinate and supervise union labor.
• Develop and monitor labor budgets.
• Oversee equipment, logistics, and transportation schedules.
• Partner with Project Managers to confirm event details.
• Represent operations in client and internal meetings.
• Process work orders and payroll accurately.

• 4–5 years of trade show or event operations experience.
• Experience managing union labor.
• Strong logistics, budgeting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to perform in fast‑paced, on‑site environments.

This hybrid role requires 35–50% travel, including work in diverse indoor and outdoor environments. If you're ready to take ownership of event operations and lead successful trade show executions.
