Sr. Analyst, Marketing Analytics - Corporate; Las Vegas

Position: Sr. Analyst, Marketing Analytics - Corporate (Las Vegas)
The Sr. Analyst role supports the Caesars Entertainment ‘Enterprise Analytics’ department mission of providing world class analytical support, delivering insights that drive profit, and being a reliable business partner for all operational areas including Gaming, Marketing, VIP (Casino) Marketing/Operations, Hospitality (Hotel/ Food &Beverage/Retail/Conventions).  The Sr. Analyst will contribute to the leadership of the team by helping to mentor, train, and guide the junior analysts.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college2+years of professional work (or equivalent experience)
Demonstrated business acumen for the casino industry; can articulate the fundamental drivers of business performance

Advanced skills in querying, analyzing, and visualizing large data sets. Proficiency in SQL and ideally one or more of the following programming languages: R, VBA, SAS, Python, and experience in working with Google Big Query. Experienced in Microsoft Excel and Power Point Strength  in critical thinking, problem solving, and written and verbal communication. Comfort in articulating complex information and analyses to a variety of audiences

Intellectual curiosity and willingness to quickly learn relevant database applications and software

Ability to effectively interact with and influence key stakeholders, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines while consistently delivering accurate and high-quality work Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrityADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree from a top-tier program in one of the following areas:
Finance, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics/Statistics, Hotel Management, Business, or Data Science Graduate Degree in one of the following areas or in an equivalent technical field:
Business, Economics, Mathematics/Statistics, Hotel Management Experience in the application of statistical analysis and test/control to the casino business

Hyperion experience a plus Prior experience in the gaming/hospitality industry and experience in analytics

Interact with Senior leaders in the organization to develop and refine requests for analyses.  Identify potential business opportunities and pursue them through analytics and creative solutions in consultation with team leadership
