We are a well-established Las Vegas company specializing in bathtub, shower, and surface refinishing. For approximately 35 years, we have built our reputation on quality workmanship, reliable service, and long-standing customer relationships.

Our customers include apartment communities, property management companies, casinos, hospitality properties, contractors, and homeowners.

We are looking for an experienced Estimator who understands the technical aspects of refinishing, can accurately evaluate jobs, and knows how to develop clear, competitive, and profitable estimates.

This is a field-based position for someone who knows the trade, takes pride in their work, and can communicate professionally with customers and our office team.

You will visit customer properties throughout the Las Vegas area to evaluate bathtubs, showers, countertops, sinks, and other surfaces that may require refinishing, repair, or restoration.

You will determine the appropriate scope of work, prepare accurate estimates, identify potential issues before work begins, and communicate job details and pricing to our office team.

Our goal is to ensure that jobs are properly evaluated and priced from the beginning so our technicians can complete the work efficiently and our customers receive the quality service they expect.

You will work closely with ownership, the office team, and field personnel to help ensure a smooth transition from estimate to scheduled job to completed project.

• Visit residential and commercial properties to evaluate bathtubs, showers, surrounds, sinks, countertops, and other surfaces.
• Assess surface conditions and determine the appropriate refinishing, repair, or restoration solution.
• Identify damage, unusual conditions, access issues, and other factors that may affect the scope, pricing, or successful completion of a job.
• Prepare accurate estimates with clear scopes of work and appropriate pricing.
• Recognize when a job requires additional investigation or a different approach before providing a quote.
• Ensure estimates account for the labor, materials, time, and complexity required to complete the work profitably.
• Take photographs and document job conditions, measurements, and special requirements as needed.

• Communicate professionally with property managers, maintenance personnel, homeowners, and other customers.
• Explain recommended solutions, pricing, and the scope of work clearly.
• Respond to customer questions regarding proposed work.
• Follow up on estimates when appropriate and communicate customer feedback to the office.
• Represent the company professionally and help maintain the strong relationships we have built over the past 35 years.

• Communicate completed estimates and job details promptly to the office for scheduling.
• Ensure the office has the information needed to schedule jobs correctly and communicate expectations to technicians.
• Clarify scope-of-work questions before jobs are scheduled or performed.
• Work with field supervisors and technicians when technical questions arise regarding estimated work.
• Help identify estimating errors, recurring job issues, and opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency.

• Experience with bathtub, shower, or surface refinishing is strongly preferred.
