This full‑time position is ideal for a self‑starter with a strong command of construction drawings, proven field leadership, and the ability to effectively coordinate with both owners and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities- Oversee all field operations for assigned construction projects from start to finish.
- Interpret and manage project plans, drawings, and specifications on‑site.
- Coordinate subcontractor activities and ensure alignment with project schedules.
- Serve as the primary on‑site contact for Owners, ensuring client expectations are met.
- Enforce and maintain strict site safety in accordance with company and OSHA standards.
- Monitor daily progress, schedule adherence, and cost control measures.
- Conduct site meetings, maintain documentation, and provide regular progress reports.
- Resolve field issues proactively to prevent delays or budget overruns.
- Ensure all workmanship meets company quality standards.
- Assist in developing and implementing logistics plans.
- Maintain and update the subcontractor database.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a field supervision role within commercial or industrial construction.
- High School diploma or GED required; additional training or certifications a plus.
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with owners, teams, and subcontractors.
- Highly organized with a results‑driven mindset.
- Proficiency in construction software tools and Microsoft Office Suite;
Autodesk Build experience is a plus. - Comfortable working independently and making real‑time decisions in the field.
- Familiarity with union labor and federal project protocols is a plus.
