This full‑time position is ideal for a self‑starter with a strong command of construction drawings, proven field leadership, and the ability to effectively coordinate with both owners and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all field operations for assigned construction projects from start to finish.
  • Interpret and manage project plans, drawings, and specifications on‑site.
  • Coordinate subcontractor activities and ensure alignment with project schedules.
  • Serve as the primary on‑site contact for Owners, ensuring client expectations are met.
  • Enforce and maintain strict site safety in accordance with company and OSHA standards.
  • Monitor daily progress, schedule adherence, and cost control measures.
  • Conduct site meetings, maintain documentation, and provide regular progress reports.
  • Resolve field issues proactively to prevent delays or budget overruns.
  • Ensure all workmanship meets company quality standards.
  • Assist in developing and implementing logistics plans.
  • Maintain and update the subcontractor database.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a field supervision role within commercial or industrial construction.
  • High School diploma or GED required; additional training or certifications a plus.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with owners, teams, and subcontractors.
  • Highly organized with a results‑driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in construction software tools and Microsoft Office Suite;
    Autodesk Build experience is a plus.
  • Comfortable working independently and making real‑time decisions in the field.
  • Familiarity with union labor and federal project protocols is a plus.
