Schedule: 30 Months

Reports To: General Superintendent / Project Executive
Primary Responsibilities- Lead all field operations from mat foundation through roof and full close-in.
- Drive the vertical deck cycle and maintain the tower’s critical path within a 30-month master schedule.
- Coordinate structure ↔ MEPF ↔ façade scopes to maintain flow, minimize rework, and support efficient turnover.
- Direct logistics for cranes, hoists, formwork, staging, and site access to keep production safe and continuous.
- Conduct daily coordination meetings with trade partners; monitor performance, safety, and quality metrics.
- Mentor Assistant Superintendents and Field Engineers, reinforcing Major Projects standards for planning and execution.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Engineers to align manpower, procurement, and three-week look-ahead schedules.
- Represent Martin-Harris professionally with owners, design teams, and trade partners in all field interactions.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in high‑rise structural concrete and building envelope construction.
- Proven record of success delivering post‑tension concrete towers or mixed‑use high‑rise projects on schedule.
- Proficient in Procore, Primavera P6, and modern field‑coordination technology.
- Strong working knowledge of structural and façade systems, sequencing, and tolerance control.
- Proven ability to lead large trade work forces and foster accountability through communication and example.
- Organized, proactive, and committed to Martin‑Harris standards for safety, quality, and teamwork.
