Landscape Construction Superintendent

* MUST HAVE LANDSCAPING EXPERIENCE
* Highlights of what our Landscape Construction Superintendent will do:

* Manage multiple projects simultaneously by providing technical guidance for field personnel

* Conduct percent of completion analysis to ensure project are on budget

* Partner with foremen to ensure materials and labor for project needs are met

* Build relationship with clients and field personnel by conducting weekly job walks

* Understand client needs and identify cost effective enhancements to ensure profitability

* Communicate with onsite Superintendents to provide updates on project progress

* Strategize how to improve project performance and exceed goals

* Coordinate subcontracts and review scope to identify possible scope gap

* Awareness of allocated project hours at all times and provide to Foreman

Skills & experience that are necessary will include, but not limited to:

* At least 3 years of construction experience

* Experience working in land development, landscape, and/or masonry/concrete trades preferred

* Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required

* Ability to read and understand plans, material lists, guidelines and meet timelines

* Must have excellent communication and conflict resolution skills

* Computer literacy and proficiency, including Microsoft Excel
