Micone Executive Recruiting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale electrical construction projects from planning through completion.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proven PM who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to drive projects, teams, and results.
Responsibilities- Manage electrical construction projects from start to finish
- Own schedules, budgets, forecasting, and profitability
- Lead project teams and coordinate with field leadership
- Manage contracts, change orders, procurement, and subcontractors
- Build strong client and project-partner relationships
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
- 5+ years of electrical construction project management experience
- Experience managing commercial, mission-critical, data center, or other large-scale projects preferred
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgets, takeoffs, contracts, and change orders
- Proven success managing profitable projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Electrical Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license is a plus
