• Prepare accurate estimates, bid packages, and project proposals
• Review plans, specifications, and contract documents
• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Manage projects from award through closeout
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
• Monitor project budgets, costs, change orders, and forecasts
• Conduct project meetings and maintain client communication
• Track project progress and proactively resolve issues
• Manage procurement and material deliveries
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contract requirements

• 5+ years of Project Management and/or Estimating experience in commercial or general construction
• Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing
• Experience preparing and updating project schedules
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong cost control, budgeting, and forecasting skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

• Commercial construction experience
• Design-build project experience
• Public works or municipal project experience
• Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, or similar construction software
• Experience with subcontractor buyout, procurement, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
