General Contracting company in search of a EXPERIENCED Background in Ground UP
- Gas Station and Carwash Construction Superintendent in the Las Vegas, Nevada area. This is a One Job at time position with wages up to $80,000.00 per year dependent on experience, to be discussed during interview. Applicants MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE FOR CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT WITH GAS STATION AND CARWASH GROUND UP OR REMODEL
, and also should have well-rounded knowledge of all areas of construction: drywall, electrical, rough framing, tile laying, etc. The right candidate will have the potential to move into a more permanent position within the crew.

Applicants must be ready to start work immediately, and be able to legally work in the United States (valid driver's license/other documentation required).

• Must Have Gas Station and Carwash Experience In Construction
• Must be willing to Travel to and from job sites
• Have own tools
• Have reliable transportation
• Organize projects and keep construction on schedule
• Read blueprints and execute specifications
• Pull permits from City Office
• 3+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar field leadership role
• Strong knowledge of gas station construction methods, materials, and processes
• Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and crews simultaneously
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction documents
• strong commitment to jobsite safety
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
