Job Summary

The IPTV and Displays Coordinator will assist in all areas relating to IPTV and displays throughout the stadium. This position will work directly with the Sr. Video and Broadcast Technology Manager to coordinate and program content to be displayed on major events and daily office hours. Additionally, the position is responsible for coordinating and advancing IPTV needs for all Allegiant Stadium events and assists with oversight of all client content.

This demanding position requires a flexible work schedule, which will include some evenings, weekends and holidays.

Essential Functions

• Communicate with appropriate parties to determine IPTV needs for major and private events; execute scripting, monitoring and shut down for all event needs
• Act as IPTV event day technician for all events at Allegiant Stadium
• Perform updates and other system maintenance tasks to ensure 100% uptime for IPTV services
• Assist in repair and replacement of IPTV endpoint devices and displays
• Assist in inventory maintenance of IPTV endpoint devices and displays

• At least 1-2 years’ experience executing corporate and private events
• Knowledge of IPTV systems and video head-end (Stadium Vision, Cisco Vision, or Vision
  
  EDGE preferred)
• Ability to terminate various audio and video related cabling (RJ45, BNC, XLR, etc.)
• Knowledge of various audio, video, and lighting systems and equipment as they pertain to live event production
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts including management of IP addresses and networking new devices
• Excellent written and oral communication, client service, and project management skills required; ability to interact with all levels of staff including management
• Professional presentation, appearance, and work ethic
• Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands, and frequent change, delays or unexpected events
• Ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); ability to learn required business systems
• Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external partners
• Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamless with excellent attention to detail
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  EDGE (formerly Stadium Vision,Cisco Vision), Crestron AV systems, ETC lighting controls, Adobe Creative Cloud software (Photoshop, Premier, After Effects, etc.)
