About the roleIn a highly competitive marketplace, delivering visually stunning, impactful, and effective creative work is essential. We are looking for a strong, inspirational Creative Lead to join our client in the B2B tech industry. You will oversee and direct conceptual and design projects, ensuring the quality of ideas and end‑to‑end design execution from brief through implementation and delivery. You will inspire and support all levels of design and creative talent across the account.
Whatyou will be doing
- Creatively direct conceptual designers, graphic designers, and art workers, harnessing their development and performance to achieve maximum efficiency and creativity.
- Manage, supervise, review, and audit the work of designers and art workers to ensure the creative level expected by the client is being met.
- Work with and support the OLIVER Business Director to deliver excellent client service.
- Act as brand guardian to ensure all design collateral produced is faithful to the client’s brand guidelines.
- Effectively organize and prioritize workload, especially around deadline, and have the flexibility to respond to increases in workload or tight deadlines.
- Motivate and influence the creative team to constantly strive for excellence in performance.
- Proactively monitor the quality of design projects through internal review sessions and feedback from stakeholders.
- Oversee and manage the timely delivery of all jobs, taking into consideration the clients’ requirements and expectations.
- Manage, oversee, and coordinate the sharing of knowledge and the facilitation of learning within the team to improve business practices and promote the development of creative ideas.
- Work actively with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of the highest level of client service from all team members.
- Train and mentor staff, oversee their professional development through SMART objectives and development plans, and offer knowledge, motivation, support, and experience as required.
- Assist the Account Lead in ensuring all staff members accurately record timesheets.
At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $ to $. Individual compensation varies based on job‑related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. The range listed is just one component of OLIVER’s total compensation package.
