About

The Role

The Artist is responsible for creating high-quality visual assets that support the design, development, and production of gaming products. This role contributes across the game development lifecycle by producing graphics, animations, and visual elements that align with creative direction, brand standards, and production requirements. The Artist works as part of a cross-functional team and is expected to deliver accurate, production-ready work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

What

You’ll Do
  • Create and deliver high quality graphics, animations, and visual assets for assigned game development projects.
  • Translate creative concepts, design direction, and branding guidelines into visually compelling, production ready assets.
  • Develop original design concepts, layouts, and visual treatments that enhance gameplay and player experience.
  • Maintain organized, secure, and intuitive graphic libraries and asset archives.
  • Ensure all work is reviewed and approved in accordance with company policies and quality standards.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and consistency across all creative deliverables.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • Visual assets are delivered on time, on brand, and ready for production.
  • Creative work aligns with game concepts, technical requirements, and brand standards.
  • Projects move efficiently through review, approval, and production stages.
  • Asset libraries and archives are organized, accurate, and consistently maintained.
  • The Artist is a reliable, collaborative contributor to the game development team.
What You’ll Bring
  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer or Artist, preferably within the gaming or entertainment industry.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of visual design work across digital and print formats.
  • Proficiency with industry standard creative tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
  • Strong understanding of branding, visual composition, and production ready design.
  • Ability to work quickly, accurately, and efficiently under deadline pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, receive feedback, and collaborate effectively.
  • High level of professionalism and accountability.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with motion graphics or video production.
  • Working knowledge of 3D software such as 3ds Max, Maya, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with game development pipelines or regulated production environments.
  • Experience rigging and animating with Esoteric Spine.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
