Entry‑Level Collections Representative (Pre‑30 Day) – Start Your Career Today!

On‑site | Las Vegas, NV (must live within 30 mi). Full‑time, in‑office only. Earn $15 hr + monthly potential bonus up to $1,500. Yearly potential $49,140.

• Make outbound calls to customers 1–30 days past due using an auto dialer.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and help customers stay on track.
• Take inbound calls to answer questions and provide solutions.
• Use judgment and empathy to create fair, personalized solutions.
• Meet individual and team performance goals.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.

• Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
• Strong listening skills and customer service mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced call center environment.
• Must live within 30 mi of Las Vegas, NV – on‑site only.

• High School Diploma, GED, or higher level preferred.
• Strong communication & problem‑solving skills.
• Type at least 35 WPM.
• Basic computer proficiency (email, Microsoft Office).
• Reliable and punctual.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, not required.
• 1+ year of customer service or call center experience preferred.
