Job Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the best experience possible while visiting our travel centers. Your friendliness and customer-focused approach will help maintain our reputation for outstanding service.

• Greet and assist customers in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and effectively.
• Inform customers about products, services, promotions, and policies.
• Process transactions, including cash handling, and ensure accurate reporting at the end of each shift.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the customer service area and store.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.
• Support various store operations, including restocking shelves and managing inventory as needed.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred, ideally in a retail or hospitality setting.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with customers and team members.
• Basic math skills for transaction handling.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Energetic and positive attitude with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
