Our office is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team. The perfect person must enjoy helping others, being part of a high performing team, self motivated and organized.

- Process customer policy change requests.
- Handle all incoming claim calls from customers.
- Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
- Document each customer contact in eAgent.
- Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Take premium payments from customers.
- Assist new client's with e-signatures, online accounts and mobile apps
- Conduct policy and coverage reviews.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Great Customer Service Skills.
- Problem-Solving Capabilities.
- Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
- Possess a Nevada Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Bilingual f [needs ???] fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
