Dental Hygienist – Signing Bonus
Signing Bonus: $5,000
Hourly rate: $60‑65 per hour plus additional bonus opportunities.
Compensation: Total compensation well above $120,000.
OverviewGentle Dental is seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing Dental Hygienist to join our vibrant dental practice. The ideal candidate is personable, passionate about dental health, and enjoys building strong relationships with patients.

LocationGentle Dental Southern Highlands, 3360 W Cactus Ave Suite 150, Las Vegas, NV 89141
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough hygiene procedures including scaling, root planing, gingivitis scaling, and prophylaxis.
- Perform comprehensive periodontal charts, medical history assessments, and caries risk assessments.
- Educate patients on hygiene treatments needed based on medical and periodontal assessments.
- Take digital radiographs as necessary for patient diagnosis.
- Assist in developing personalized AAP and ADA based treatment plans per patient need.
- Work closely with dentists and other dental professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Engage patients in a friendly, reassuring manner and address any concerns or questions.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of treatment plans and completed procedures.
- Adhere strictly to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile working environment.
- Education:
Degree or certification in Dental Hygiene from an accredited institution. - License:
Valid state dental hygiene license. - Other licenses/certifications: CPR, Local Anesthesia, Nitrous Oxide Sedation, Laser Certification (where required).
