We are seeking an experienced Orthodontic Assistant to join our team on a part‑time basis. The ideal candidate must have prior orthodontic assisting experience and be proficient in all aspects of orthodontic procedures. This position requires a reliable and professional individual to provide exceptional care and assist our orthodontist in delivering high‑quality treatment to patients.

• Assist the orthodontist with all aspects of orthodontic procedures, including placing and removing braces, bands, and appliances.
• Prepare patients for orthodontic treatments and take accurate impressions, x-rays, and digital scans.
• Ensure patient comfort during procedures and provide detailed post‑treatment care instructions.
• Maintain and sterilize instruments and equipment, adhering to OSHA and infection control guidelines.
• Keep detailed and accurate patient records, charts, and orthodontic progress notes.
• Manage patient flow and support the orthodontist to ensure efficient appointments.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and care for their orthodontic appliances.
• Participate in regular team meetings and continuing education to stay current on orthodontic techniques and technologies.

• Must have at least 4 years of orthodontic assisting experience.
• Knowledge of orthodontic procedures and appliance adjustments is required.
• Certification as a dental or orthodontic assistant is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• A positive attitude, professionalism, and a commitment to providing outstanding patient care.

Compensation: Competitive and based on experience.
