Dental Hygienist

Job Summary

Dental Hygienist – Signing Bonus at Inter Dent Service Corporation. Hourly pay is $60–$65 with additional bonus opportunities and a $5,000 signing bonus.

• Conduct thorough hygiene procedures including scaling and root planing, gingivitis scaling, and prophylaxis.
• Perform comprehensive periodontal charts, medical history assessments, and caries risk assessments.
• Educate patients on hygiene treatments based on medical and periodontal assessments.
• Obtain digital radiographs as needed for patient diagnosis.
• Assist in developing personalized AAP and ADA‑based treatment plans per patient need, based on assessments and dentist recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with dentists and other dental professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Engage patients in a friendly, reassuring manner, addressing concerns or questions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of treatment plans and completed procedures.
• Adhere strictly to infection control protocols and maintain a clean, sterile working environment.

• Education:
  
  Degree or certification in Dental Hygiene from an accredited institution.
• License:
  Valid state dental hygiene license.
• Additional certifications: CPR, Local Anesthesia, Nitrous Oxide Sedation, and Laser Certification (where required).

Full‑time, located at Gentle Dental Southern Highlands, 3360 W Cactus Ave Suite 150, Las Vegas, NV 89141.
