Pay Range: $22.00/hr – $27.00/hr.
Salary will be based on experience.

• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced office.
• Handle multi‑lined phones and efficiently schedule appointments to maximize provider availability.
• Check patients in and coordinate treatment plans.
• Collect copays and coordinate insurance benefits and financial arrangements.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance companies, benefits, and dental procedures.
• Work closely with doctors and support staff to set and accomplish goals.
• Lead and motivate the team, showcasing commitment to patient satisfaction.

• Dental experience required.
• Leadership skills that motivate and energize the team and patients.
• Team player, proactive, and organized.
• Experience with Dentrix software and sales preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance benefits and financial arrangements.
