What You’ll Do

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Answering phone calls and inquiries from patients regarding treatment options and billing statements.
  • Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments.
  • Explaining treatment plans, procedures, and costs to patients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collecting and verifying patient insurance information.
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and updating information as needed.
  • Insurance claim submission, follow up and accounts aging.
Qualifications
  • A passion for dentistry and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
  • Willingness to adapt to a dynamic and evolving work environment.
  • Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
  • Eagerness to take ownership of tasks and contribute to the growth of our practice.
  • Strong communication skills to educate and engage patients effectively.
  • Familiarity with dental software systems for charting and documentation.
  • Previous experience working in a dental office.
  • Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes.
