We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Part-Time Associate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care to patients while demonstrating professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient satisfaction. This position offers flexible hours, allowing for work-life balance, while contributing to the growth and success of our practice.
Responsibilities- Perform dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients.
- Provide comprehensive dental care, including but not limited to restorative, preventive, and cosmetic treatments.
- Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, bridges, and dentures.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and treatment options.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff members to ensure efficient patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of treatments provided.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Stay updated on advancements in dentistry through continuing education and professional development.
- Participate in practice marketing and community outreach initiatives to attract new patients and enhance the practice's reputation.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address patient concerns or inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
- Valid state dental license and current DEA registration.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience practicing dentistry, preferably in a similar clinical setting.
- Proficiency in performing a wide range of dental procedures with precision and care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
- Strong commitment to patient care, ethics, and professionalism.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate patient schedules.
- Dedication to staying current with advancements in dental technology and techniques through continuing education.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a passion for delivering exceptional dental care.
