We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Part-Time Associate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care to patients while demonstrating professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient satisfaction. Responsibilities
  • Perform dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients.
  • Provide comprehensive dental care, including but not limited to restorative, preventive, and cosmetic treatments.
  • Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, bridges, and dentures.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and treatment options.
  • Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff members to ensure efficient patient care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of treatments provided.
  • Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Stay updated on advancements in dentistry through continuing education and professional development.
  • Participate in practice marketing and community outreach initiatives to attract new patients and enhance the practice's reputation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address patient concerns or inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
Requirements
  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
  • Valid state dental license and current DEA registration.
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience practicing dentistry, preferably in a similar clinical setting.
  • Proficiency in performing a wide range of dental procedures with precision and care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
  • Strong commitment to patient care, ethics, and professionalism.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate patient schedules.
  • Dedication to staying current with advancements in dental technology and techniques through continuing education.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and a passion for delivering exceptional dental care.
