We are seeking an experienced Dental Biller who thrives in a fast-paced, team environment. In this role, you will play a key part in managing patient financial accounts and ensuring a smooth, accurate billing experience for both patients and insurance providers. Your attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and dental billing expertise will be key to your daily responsibilities.

• Prepare and submit dental claims daily, including detailed narratives and necessary attachments to expedite payment.
• Accurately post payments from both patients and insurance companies.
• Investigate unpaid or denied claims and collaborate with insurers to resolve issues promptly.
• Send patient statements and assist with billing inquiries, explaining insurance coverage and out-of-pocket costs.
• Run reports and maintain precise and up-to-date patient billing records for compliance.
• Work closely with 2-3 office teams to ensure efficient AR processes and revenue cycle operations.

• Minimum of 2 years in dental coding and billing, with proficiency in Dentrix, Excel, and (Denticon a plus).
• Strong understanding of dental insurance policies, limitations, exclusions, EOBs, and electronic claims submission.
• Detail-oriented team player who communicates effectively with both patients and insurance companies.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
