Incentives & Pay- Monthly bonus opportunities
- $750 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates
- Starting pay: $15–$17+ per hour, depending on experience
Final compensation will be determined following the interview and a complete review of the candidate’s experience, skills, background, and qualifications.
About the PositionAs a Hygiene Dental Assistant, you will work closely with our hygienists and dental team to provide excellent patient care and keep the hygiene schedule running efficiently.
You will help prepare treatment rooms, support smooth patient transitions, maintain a clean and organized clinical environment, and contribute to the overall flow of the office.
Responsibilities- Preparing treatment rooms for hygiene appointments
- Assisting with patient care and comfort
- Sterilizing instruments and following infection-control standards
- Supporting charting and clinical documentation
- Helping maintain an efficient schedule and smooth patient flow
- Turning over treatment rooms between patients
- Supporting hygienists and other team members throughout the day
- Maintaining clean, organized, and welcoming clinical areas
