We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced landscape architect and urban planning to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Overseeing and delivering large-scale urban development projects that shape the future of our cities.

• Experienced in design, design review and PMC/PMO Consultancy.
• Lead and manage complex large-scale landscape and urban planning projects from conception to completion
• Timely execution of design reviews
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, environmental specialists
• Oversee the preparation of design documents, technical reports, and presentations
• Ensure projects adhere to sustainable urban design principles and local regulations
• Monitor project progress, quality, and performance to ensure successful delivery.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and government authorities to ensure project alignment and compliance
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative work environment

• Critically review landscape designs submitted by external consultants to ensure they align with the project's goals, Green Riyadh standards, and sustainable design principles.
• Provide constructive feedback to consultants, emphasizing adherence to local regulations, environmental considerations, and aesthetic aspects.
• Lead the preparation of comprehensive tender packages for landscape projects, detailing design requirements, technical specifications, and contractual terms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure tender documents are aligned with project objectives and standards.
• Evaluate technician tender submissions, ensuring compliance with design specifications, budget constraints, and project timelines.
• Collaborate with procurement and project management teams to select suitable contractors for landscape implementation.

• Take ownership of assigned landscape projects, overseeing the design process from conceptualization through construction documentation.
• Coordinate with external consultants, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate landscape designs seamlessly into the overall project.

• Establish and implement quality assurance processes for landscape designs to maintain consistency, excellence, and adherence to project standards.
• Conduct regular design audits and assessments to identify and address potential issues proactively.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of landscape designs with other project components.
• Manage communication between internal teams and external consultants to streamline the design review and approval process.

• Ensure that all landscape designs and tender packages comply with local regulations, zoning codes, and environmental standards.
