Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Job Captain or Experienced Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production of design deliverables, construction documentation, and construction administration tasks. This role requires strong coordination and management skills to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.

• Develop and coordinate the production of quality contract documents based on prototype and/or job‑specific requirements.
• Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day activities of various architectural projects, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Guide the extended team to create complete design and construction documents.
• Collaborate with Project Architects and Project Managers to ensure the vision of the work stays on point.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Ensure designs and documents comply with all applicable codes.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior design staff.

• Proficiency in Revit with at least 3 years of experience.
• Experience working on public works or commercial projects.
• Experience working on projects from start to finish.
• Strong project management and architectural design skills.
• Familiarity with building codes, zoning ordinances, and fire codes.
• Experience in creating detailed architectural drawings and overseeing construction phases.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a designer.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

The office consists of 18 people in an open format setting with a Starbucks in the same parking lot. Work hours are Monday to Thursday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and Friday from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Las Vegas, Nevada.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $39.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Las Vegas, NV.
