As an Admissions Leader, you will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students exploring a future in the beauty industry. You will introduce them to our programs, schedules, career pathways, and overall student experience while guiding them through every step of the enrollment process. This dynamic role is perfect for someone who excels at building relationships, stays highly organized, and thrives in a goal‑driven environment.
Key Responsibilities- Guide prospective students through the entire enrollment process, providing support and answering questions.
- Lead a team of experienced admission advisors in a fun environment.
- Ensure all student data is organized, accurate, and up to date in the system.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
- Maintain regular and timely follow‑up with prospective students to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.
- Assist with marketing and promotional efforts, contributing to the school's outreach and visibility.
- Represent the school at networking and admissions‑related events to build relationships and attract potential students.
- Oversee the Admissions Department and support the enrollment team in developing strategies to meet departmental goals.
- Guide prospective students through the full enrollment process, including on‑site and ZOOM campus tours that highlight the school's culture, programs, and student experience.
- Represent the school at admissions‑related events and networking opportunities to enhance visibility, build relationships within the community, and attract new prospects.
- Maintain accurate, organized, and up‑to‑date student data in all systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a wide range of people.
- Strong level of marketing, sales, and/or admissions experience.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a goal‑driven, high‑energy environment.
- Proficiency in office software and the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.
- Experience in the beauty industry is a plus.
- A passion for helping others achieve their career goals and educational success.
Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Compensation$18 – $22 per hour.
