The role involves creating a positive, student-centered classroom environment, utilizing direct instruction techniques, and aligning instruction with a spiral curriculum of mathematical practices.

• Develop and implement a spiral curriculum that emphasizes precision, accuracy, and fluency.
• Create a classroom environment that cultivates learning, engages student interests, and supports student success.
• Utilize direct instruction techniques to guide students through activities that promote social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Explore individual student needs and provide side‑by‑side support to discover personalized learning solutions.
• Master the proven curriculum and guide the learning process toward the achievement of curriculum goals.
• Evaluate each student’s learning capabilities and celebrate student accomplishments.
• Encourage students to uphold our values and model mature behavior and good character in the classroom, on campus, and throughout their lives.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Current teaching certificate in the state.
• Proven proficiency and experience in math instruction for sixth grade.
• Positive, high‑energy teaching style that fuels school spirit.

• Ability to travel to other campuses as required.
