• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support center success.

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Minimum age 18.

• Bi-weekly and daily pay options, based on position, education, and experience.
• Lead Teacher salary: $14.30–$14.86.
